Reviewed Madeira Braised Veal Cheeks with Creamy Polenta

This recipe took me three days to make. Five pounds of veal cheaks took me 1 1/2 hrs to clean took it down to 3 lbs., then you need a REALLY SHARP knife to take the silver muscle off each and every one. Another hour. I followed this recipe to the letter, even bought a new knife. With that said,
it does taste like Osso Bucco. Needs GREEN...
