Reviewed Mexican Meatballs with Red Chile Tomato Sauce and Queso Fresco

The sauce is really good. Add a little honey and cream of balance out the favors. Make sure to add plenty do bread crumbs. Mine crumbled a bit. I believe if you get them good and cold before cooking, you will have better results.I would also bake the meatballs instead of frying and adding chicken broth to finish. I find it unnecessary .
