"This recipe is very tasty and a hit with everyone I've served it to. I've used whatever type of vinegar I had on hand (white wine, red wine, cider vinegar)and all worked well. To simplify the recipe I did not take time to reduce the vinegar after deglazing the pan and did not strain the sauce at the end. The dish was a bit more "rustic" in appeara"
