By rushing I missed precooking crust so I baked on the lowest oven rack. Cooked additional 10 mins (until top started to brown). BEST LEMON BARS EVER!

Awesome! Best cheddar crust apple pie ever! Followed directions and everything went together very easy! Brushed the top with egg wash and baked additional half hour. I always dot the bottom crust with butter before adding ingredients and bake on lowest rack; being careful not to burn. This eliminates a soggy crust! ""
