Half the garlic would be 2 1/2 tsp. and there was no tomato paste in this recipe.

OMGoodness, this tasted so good. I think I'll make it every week. I made this with ground turkey instead and it's the best recipe I've made exchanging ground turkey for beef. I used R.O.Y. peppers instead of green and lowered sugar like people suggest. I like the onions caramelized so I start cooking them sooner since you don't want to over cook turkey....

Easy recipe. I made the first ones with anise and half the batch with orange extract. They were good but needed nuts. This time I made it with hazelnuts and dipped in a melted mixture of choc. chips with a little milk. Pretty good but next time I will do this one with some kind of flavoring added because the only thing missing was a little flavor...

Tips: A lot of the reviews said it was greasy. Cheap cheese has a lot of oil in it, use the creamy good quality cheese. If a recipe calls for evaporated milk, taste it first because it has a different flavor than milk or cream and you might not like the flavor. Remember noodles will absorb liquid so I'm thinking a white sauce might help keep the n"

Thank Goodness, I reduce it to half since it was a waste of expensive cheese. It curdled, I wish it would have said to warm up the milk and cream. Plus reducing it to half there was still a lot. I think putting cold in with warm noodles is what did it. Also, glad I read the reviews to see that the amount of fluids were wrong, but I ended up puttin"

I thought they tasted good, but two other people didn't care for them. I did add a tiny bit of garlic and left out the cayenne pepper. I could barely get it to squeeze out of the bag so I hand rolled it. They flattened out in the oven and looked more like cheese bread sticks. Oh and hand mixer does not work. I put the mixture inside the plastic ba"

They were good. I did compress the cookies into a ball otherwise they crumbled when I pressed the indent in the middle. If I made them again I would press the cookie out more and make more of the cheesecake filling. Needs more cheesecake, of course."

My son and I made this. We didn't care too much for the rice vinegar taste so we doubled the rice noodles and other ingredients, made the sauce again without it and it turned out good, but even better if you add a peanut sauce over it. Since I didn't have the right ingredients to make it, I just heated up peanut butter and some water to make it sa"
