"These whoopie pies are very delicious. The filling is so fluffy and creamy. I did add more punpkin that what the recipe calls for and it did make the filling more watery, however next time I will try adding more cream cheese to thicken it up. The cookies are definitly a staple whoopie pie cookie that will work with traditional filling. My coworker""
