Reviewed Penne with Brown Butter, Arugula, and Pine Nuts

Love this recipe! I cut back on some of the butter and all of the oil by substituting chicken broth. You do need a decent amount of butter for the browning aspect, but the recipe as written is very generous with fats. I also use regular arugula since the local market does not have the baby kind. I cut it into smaller pieces. I use already toasted "
