Reviewed Baked Halibut with Arugula Salsa Verde

Dec 19, 2013 on

I highly recommend this dish! The salsa verde is amazing and a great compliment to the fish. This was my first time making the dish so I have two things to change next time. I put the fresh greens on top of the fish but I didn't "press down" to adhere it to the fish because I didn't see Giada do that on the show so I didn't think it was important....

This recipe is amazing! I made it the other night and my husband still talks about it days later and wants me to make it for his family that is coming in from California. So easy to put together, makes the whole house smell good and is the perfect Fall comfort food! This one is a keeper and our new go to recipe! Thanks Giada! Amazing as always!...

Really great recipe! Perfect for a weeknight meal! I use BIG DADDY'S blackened tilapia recipe to give the fish a little kick and it's perfect for us! The chipotle cream is the star of this dish though! Great job Ellie! Thank you! "

Really great go to recipe. I recommend! I did tweak a little. I used a 4lb roast, a cup of good beef stock instead of water, 24oz can of tomatoes, double the carrots, and 16 oz of mushrooms. I seared the meat really well then threw in all the veggies and then in the oven on 350 for 4 hours. It's perfect every time! Thanks Tyler! Home run! "

I hate to post this but really want to try and help others. I love Giada and have never had any problems with her recipes but I have to say this was bad. I followed the recipe exact and like many others had too much liquid in my pan and after cooking the chicken for 40 minutes it was still under cooked. If that were the only problem I would say"

Very good! I didn't change a thing! My husband claimed he wasn't a fan of cabbage before he tried this recipe! He loved it! It was very easy to make! I put it all together in the morning and my family and I went to our home team's Notre Dame football game and by the time we got back the whole house smelled delicious of the Irish meal! It was"

Made this sandwich yesterday for a picnic with my family and everyone loved it! Very easy to make and it was light, refreshing and full of flavor! I also made Giada's Orzo salad to go with it and the combination was perfect! Thanks again Giada! Your recipes are always a huge hit with my family! You never disappoint!!! "

This dish was very good. Make sure you use a large pan!! I used corn on the cob and it was delicious, but next time I may use frozen kernels so as not to take up so much room in my pan, or just add the corn on the cob in at the end. It was not east to spoon the sauce over the fish with the corn in the way! I also felt it needed more than 1 cu...

This was my second attempt at this recipe. I have to say the first time I got purple chicken like a lot of other people and was disappointed. I was not happy and wanted to get it right because the flavors were great. This time around I read the reviews and made sure to sear the chicken very well and used better red wine. I have to say that di...

Reviewed Roasted Branzino with Lemons

Mar 1, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

This recipe is a 10! I could not find the Branzino so I made it with Tilapia. That was the only thing I changed and it was delicious! I am usually not a fan of fennel, but mixed with lemon and pancetta it was superb! I paired it with lemon grilled asparagus and it was a healthy dinner my husband raved over! Thanks again for an amazing, easy ...
