This is the best meatball recipe I have tried. No need to look elsewhere and I don't mess with success. For me, the Parmiaggiano adds enough salt so I use very little extra salt. Oh and one more thing. I make these in the oven without pre-browning them. I use a hot 400 degree oven and turn them midway. They come out brown and perfect. Love thes"
