This recipe is definitely flawed! I did not even bother doing a test cookie as the batter was so runny it wouldn't have made any sense. I modified this recipe by adding 1/2 tsp baking soda. When baking with buttermilk it is better to use baking soda as opposed to powder because it reacts better with the acidity of the buttermilk than the powder "
