This recipe was absolutely delicious! So easy, especially if you prep everything before you start cooking, as it comes together quickly. I did sprinkle a little "essence by Emeril" seasoning on the shrimp before cooking them. I had some shiitake mushrooms and sauteed them separately then added to the shrimp at the last minute. Can't wait to make this...
