Big fan of this recipe. I have made it many times and usually omit any added salt as there is enough in the soup. Curry flavour is pronounced but I love it and do not find it overwhelming at all. For those who complain about the richness... it's a Paula recipe, what did you expect? Definitely not an every week meal but great for a treat. As usual,...
