These were very good. I can't eat wheat so I used rice flour with a bit of xantham gum and they still turned out very well. I also used 1/2 applesauce and 1/2 butter and it tasted great - the consistency of the mix was perfect. I liked it but they weren't the best bars I've ever tried it so I gave it 4 stars. I'll probably still make them again...
