My Activity

Reviewed Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli

"I have been making this recipe from Ina for a few years already and my family absolutely loves it including my small grandchildren! You will find that the recipe and the video use different amounts of ingredients but that's because she's obviously making less servings in the video. Besides, when it comes to the lemon and/or the cheese portions, y"

Reviewed Mascarpone Chocolate Toffee Bars

"My cookie dough base took closer to 15 minutes to cook. The chocolate marscarpone mixture could have been thicker. There ended up being more cookie base than chocolate on top. Like other viewers, I think I would prefer a Heath Bar crumbled instead of a Skor bar. Kids liked it but I wouldn't call it a keeper. Sorry Giada"

Reviewed Stuffed Pork Roast

"I have to agree with other people as far cutting back on the sausage filling. I could have stuffed two roasts easily. When I sliced it the stuffing tended to crumble apart. Also my roast was done in 45 minutes. I removed it and tented it with foil for 20 minutes and it was perfect. It was very tasty though. "

Reviewed Banana Toffee Cupcakes

"These cupcakes sound really good except that I don't like banana's. Does anyone know of a substitution that I could use to replace the banana's? I would love to make them but not with banana's. Thanks""

Reviewed Lemon Blossoms

"I wish I had read the reviews before I made these. I baked mine for the full 12 minutes like the recipe said. The bottoms were burnt and the cakes were very dry. I probably won't be making these again. I don't usually have any problems with Paula's recipes but these definately look better on TV than how they actually came out. Sorry Paula""

Reviewed Baked Zucchini

"I made this recipe yesterday for a small dinner party and everyone loved the dish. I used yellow summer squash because I have so much of it growing in my garden right now. Since summer squash is milder than zucchini I added some garlic and a little extra parmesan cheese. Bottom line, it was easy, healthy and very tasty. Thank you Sunny!""

Reviewed Roasted Cauliflower

"I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful tasting this dish was. The addition of the Dijon mustard adds a new dimension to the flavor for these roasted vegetables. While I loved the flavor, I found that I had to double the dressing ingredients so there would be enough dressing to coat all of the cauliflower. I have adjusted my copy of the reci"
