Reviewed Pan Seared Salmon with Sour Cream and Dill

This was very good. I halved the sauce, as it seemed like too much, and we still had a lot left over. I used RF sour cream, and added a tablespoon of light mayo. Served the fish with some almond rice pilaf and steamed broccoli and green beans. I also pan sauteed some wild shrimp I had in the fridge, and served them with this dill sauce - delicious"
