Reviewed Raspberry Souffle

"It was ok.
It had a very delicious flavor, but the recipe lacked even a tablespoon of flour to hold it all together. 99% of the souffle recipes out there have between 1-3tbsp of flour in them, this had none. Reviewed Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

"My wife and I thought these were deliciously light.
The one consistent comment that I've noticed with any of the reviews from people that didn't like these, was that they weren't sweet enough.

We all need to get off of the notion that sweet potatoes are always supposed to taste as buttery/brown sugar laden as they do at thanksgiving.

These are not a DESSERT sweet potato dish, but rather a very lightly flavored side dish for a savory meal. The small amount of honey is barely registered on in your mouth, and it really is the flavor of the actual sweet potatoes that you taste in this dish, rather than a mouthful of mushy suger/butter potatoes.

If you want those, there are many recipes for them here. But these ones are a very light, clean tasting, and savory sweet potato side dish that doesn't make you feel like you need to jog 12 miles after eating them.
