This salad is fabulous!!! The sweetness of the pears with the tang of the gorgonzola, the crunch of the pecans and the sharp arugula. Holy smoke was this good!

I used fresh pears instead of canned, and used Girard's Lite Champagne dressing. Really, really good!"

OMG were these delicious!!! I made it just as written and they were a huge hit with my family. If you put the butter in the breadcrumbs it will brown nicely in the oven. They cooked in about 30 minutes and they were great. I let them sit overnight in the plastic wrap and they held their shape perfectly when I unwrapped them. I will make them a"

I made these for a dinner party I had last night. They were delicious! Tender and juicy chicken. I read the other reviews and only added a little salt to the lemon, wine, oil mixture and no more. It was plenty - just enough! This is a great chicken recipe and I will make it again soon!"

Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

Dec 12, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is delicious! I took the suggestion of others and reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup, and it was plenty. I love that it doesn't have butter, so it is not greasy at all. Whipping the eggs and sugar make it light and fluffy. Really will make it again!!!"

This is a really versatile recipe. I love it just as written but I also took it in a savory direction. I substuted 1/3 cup of finely chopped herbs in place of the currents and omitted the sugar. I also used half whole wheat flour. I served it with stew for dinner. It was also great. Use whatever herbs compliment your meal, or whatever you lik"
