"Excellent! Made these for a school pot luck, and everyone loved them. On the show, he made them open-faced with the brie on top and a run under the broiler. I didn't have access to a broiler at school, so used creamy brie spread on top. Also, I wanted small sandwiches and chose for the base half mini bagels (made 24)--too thick, too small making sandwiches clumsy to handle--but, they looked elegant on the tray. Made the chicken salad exactly as written and found mayo and mustard amounts fine. Any chicken salad will do for these sandwiches.
