Reviewed Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

Beautiful dough, and very easy to work with -- rolls were delicious. I used half Martha White all-purpose flour and half Gold Medal bread flour, and it took all 4 cups. Next time I will try using mostly bread flour or maybe an all-purpose flour with higher protein content, in hopes of being able to use less."
