Reviewed Rum Raisin Rice Pudding
"What a surprise - I've never made rice pudding before - and when I poured 4 cups of milk into the rice - it was rice soup! I never would have guess it would evaporate down like that and thicken up... and it was really wonderful and creamy - I only had 1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 - so the other 4 cups I used 2% milk - and it tasted so rich.... so don't be concerned about using regular milk - it's still just great! Ina - your recipes are great - and I make them over and over again!
