This was OUTSTANDING! Made per recipe except for a few little things - dredged shrimp in flour, then egg and then in flour again. I like that result better - browns up nicely.

The basil lemon sauce for this dish is outstanding! Next time I will marinate the chicken longer than 30 minutes - was in a hurry this time - but I WILL be making this dish again. As long as you will be using fresh basil - serve it with a tomato/mozzarella/basil salad - yum!""
