I used 2 lbs. of chuck, 1 lb. ground turkey, and 1 lb. of hot italian sausage. I only used 2 cans of beans, throwing in a can of diced tomatoes. I loved the heat, loved the different spices. It is alot of prep but I was prepared for that. I didnt have Anahiem chilis, so I used 4 large jalepenos-2 with seeds and 2 without.I used ancho chili powder"

I like this....I used more of everything execpt the onion....and I just used what I had on hand seafood wise....flake imitation crab and some delicious jumbo shrimp. I also chilled mine for 2 hours and served with french bread or crackers. Will try doing half fat-free cream cheese next time. "

Very, very tasty. I used canned artichoke hearts, chopped them in a blender. Next time I will omit the salt because the cream cheese, mayo, and parmesan cheese provide enough salt. Really like this one!
