Reviewed Garden Pea Salad
"I made this Garden Pea Salad for a church dinner and it was a hit. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I followed the recipe except I used 1 thawed bag of petite peas instead of canned. I used 2 green onions sliced instead of the 1/4 c onion and I added bacon bits, dill weed, and 1/2 small jar diced pimento. I didn't measure the mayo; just added till I got the desired consistancy. Another add-in would be small cubed cheese. This recipe is a "keeper" and I highly recommend it.
