Made this for the second time. Like the first time, followed the recipe exactly, except used brown rice instead of white. The rice will not absorb the liquid, but the chops turn out well. I don't know what the problem is???

Made this side dish a few nights ago and I was not disappointed. It had so much flavor and it's healthy! The only things I left out were the capers and scallions. Didn't miss them at all. What a great side dish. I plan on making it again this coming week. Thanks Rachael for another great recipe.

Absolutely delicious! Best pasta meal I ever made! Still eating on it days later and the taste only gets better. I only made two substitutions. Used 1/2 tsp red chili flakes instead of red chili pepper, and used chicken stock in place of dry white wine. Do yourself and your family a favor-make this dish ASAP.
