AMAZING recipe. We used fresh grouper instead of sea bass, and the results were simply devine. It finishes the fish with a slight 'crust' that is out of this world DELICIOUS!!! We served with jasmine rice, even our pickiest younger child cleaned his plate and asked for more:)""
