Reviewed Turkey Roulade with Spinach and Mushrooms

"I made this to test it on my friends before I make it for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it!! I used real bacon instead of turkey bacon. I also made this in my Ronco rotisserie. I had to use wooden skews on the ends to hold it together while it turned (the center was still tied). It only needed to cook for 45 minutes to reach the correct internal temp. Cooking with the rotisserie also frees up the oven for other things like the dressing and corn casserole I'll be making.
