"Excellent recipe, but felt the prep was a lot. I added the following and it was delicious
- As I was browning the beef,..I added a little fresh garlic, onion and Fat Tire Beer. The rich flavor of the beer gave it a wonderful taste. I also added more fresh garlic, a little red pepper and lots of carrots, a handful o frozen peas and Montreal steak "
