This is TO DIE FOR!!! I NEVER cooked fish before so I was a little nervous seeing how Halibut is rather $$$. The fish turned out perfect- nice and tender and flakey. I used a mild curry paste as that is what I already had on hand, but I doubled the amount for more intense flavor. BFF dinner night was a huge hit...blew both out mind socks off! Fo"

This recipe is DYNAMITE! I've made it countless times and never gets old. My partner loves it and my friends will ALWAYS eat their fill. I follow the recipe as is with only one exception: I add a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and about 4 dried curry leaves to the oil when I put in the mustard seeds.
