Reviewed Pat's Grilled Vegetable Hero
"My girlfriends and I made this last night and each of us enjoyed it. I used my stove top iron griddle and it was easy and fun. We used small french bread since we had it on hand and it was great. Also, we had feta cheese that needed to be used so we subbed it for the fresh mozzarella cheese. This is a very filling dish. We were more than satisfied. We want to try different variations on this- adding shrimp, etc... YUMMY! Thanks Pat!
