As other reviewers have noted, this recipe is way salty. I wonder if it's a typo -- Burrell's recipes are usually so perfect. To be fair, there is a note on the recipe that you should salt to taste. So mix the other ingredients first and then add salt gradually, tasting as you go. For me, 1 tablespoon was quite enough -- and with that change, the "
