Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Fish

Nov 23, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

WOW. This is really restaurant quality and SO easy! I followed the recipe to a T. Made my frozen tilapia from a bag really amazing. Ina does it again! Worth the price for the ingredients. We don't ever usually like fish!

The soup is unbelievably good! I also used sweet Turkey sausage and added more carrots. YUM! I did use homede chicken stock which I think makes a huge difference. Definitely give it a try!

Wow. So simple and so fantastic! I did add a little garlic and rosemary but that's the beauty of it, you can twist it up! We also grilled it outside and it came out very moist. I did pound out boneless, skinless chicken breasts to an even thickness and cut them in half before marinating. I was just a little short on the lemon juice so I made up t"

This lasagna is even better than my traditional lasagna which I gleaned from a combo of Tyler Florence's and emeril's. This lasagna if made with good turkey sausage, goat cheese and the fresh mozzarella and herbs is, as my father in law would say, is heavenly! Very fresh and luxurious. It's a WOW."

Mar 29, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I'm a big fan of Ina's and even though I never really cared for lentils, I decided to try it after reading many review. I have to say, after following the recipe pretty much to the letter(I used green lentils but not de puy) I was pretty much underwhelmed. Oh we'll . I did make it with Ina's panko crusted salmon and that was a hit even with my hus"

My husband, who is 100% Italian American and who says he could eat pasta every day, said this was the best pasta he ever had in his life! Amazingly light considering the ingredients. He is already worried I won't be able to reproduce it again! Takes time but is much easier to assemble than lasagna. Incredible results!"

Feb 8, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Another hit from Ina! I tried her other pork tenderloin recipe and it was good but I think we liked this one even better. It's similar to one in her book, but that one has more of a paste on the pork than a marinade. I also added wine and a little honey and reduced the sauce as someone else had suggested. It pays to read reviews. Yum."

Delicious! Even though I blew it and only made two thicker layers rather than three thin. My new food processor made quick work on the potatoes. I can't imagine slicing them by hand. I agree with others that you could play with the kinds of cheeses. It's very rich though. Maybe best for a holiday. Would be great with ham."

I have made this recipe many times with great results! Fabulous flavor. I roast potatoes with a little olive oil Barefoot Contessa style and while the potatoes are hot, toss them in the chimichurri sauce. The potatoes will absorb the garlicky, vinegary sauce.
