Reviewed Italian Chocolate Sandwich Cookie
"I read a lot of the reviews before baking these cookies and I was a little weary about making them, but I am glad I did. I used less corn meal than was asked and grated some dark chocolate into the cookies as well. I added two eggs to the batter which made the cookies softer and moist. I only used half of the butter for the filling and used marscopone cheese for the other half. The cookies were a huge success with my friends.
