Reviewed Fresh Pasta Rollatini with Spinach and Ricotta

"My husband and I made this recipe last night and it was perfect. The changes we made were to make one roll and we used a flour sack towel to roll it in. Then we cooked it in a fish pan (a long, deep and narrow pan). Ours has a rack which made it very easy to lift out too. We just had a tea kettle of hot water to be able to add over the roll. Fun recipe and very pretty."
