"Very good indeed. I followed the recipe as written with the exception of using just one boiled egg and adding some finely chopped green pepper. Too, I made a little discovery. When I've made potato salad in the past, I think I've not waited until the boiled potatoes were completely cool, or at room temperature resulting in a kind of "mashed" potato..."
