"I cooked my first ever turkey last year at the age of 29, and used Alton's recipe. It was a hit!! Perfectly moist and incredibly flavorful. Everyone loved it. I'll be doing it all again this year! The ONLY thing I changed was leaving out the candied ginger, just because I didn't find it in the store. "
