I'm trying to find just one of Alton's recipes that don't work well but I'm thinking that's hard to find as this piecrust is so easy and comes out so well. Just don't let the butter and lard melt! I did not use his zip lock bag method, I rolled it out on my Silpat baking mat. As long as you roll it out quickly, you should have great results.
