I used my own gluten free waffle recipe using quinoa flour & corn flour, but I took Giada's advice and added cinnamon and procuitto (I did not have pancetta). They were crisp and delicious. We used them like bread as a side the Baked Omlette recipe!!"

The taste was good; lots of rich flavor. I used pecans in place of walnuts because I did not have walnuts in stock and I added a bit more garlic because I like garlic and I used a serrano chile because that's what I had in the fridge. I also used Red Chard & Green Leaf Lettuce in place of the spinach & arugula (because I needed to use them up). "

This is a hit! Delicious. I made a larger batch in an oval pan that was about 9" x 12", so I increased the recipe. Other than that, I pretty much followed her recipe. Oh, my husband bought mild Italian sausage instead of breakfast sausage, but it was great!

It's just the two of us in our house, so we had it yesterday morning...

Pretty cool. This is the first time I've ever made pot roast that I like. It is savory and tender and beautifully Fall-looking with the roast veggies. I followed the recipe as exactly as I could, using white wine vinegar (I didn't have red) and I omitted the figs (didn't have). It's so pretty that I wish I could post a photo. Thank you Anne!...

LOVE IT! Delicious. I have to eat gluten free and loved this recipe. Thanks to Whole Foods, I found Nature's Path GF Corn Flakes. I may try it with rice crispy type (GF cereal too. I'm not supposed to eat dairy either, so I may substitute almond milk for the Buttermilk and just see how it works!

Wow, loved this dish. PERFECT. I've made it several times for my husband and for friends. This recipe is listed in two places on this website and one version says to add orange juice, which is wrong!! I watched the show and this recipe (with orange ZEST) is the right one.

This was surprisingly good. I am loving the new flavor combinations introduced to me by Aarti! I added extra onion because I like roasted onions so much. I found that I had to cook the veggies longer than the recipe called for to get them to look carmelized. Next time I will leave lemon slices on top (not mixed in) and I will cut the fennel wedges...

I made these pork chops without the chutney (because I did not have the ingredients for that part). Then I tweaked the gravy using gluten free flour, 1/2 chicken & 1/2 beef stock, and used jalapeno jam instead of the fruity jam.
