Beginners Beware! The recipe is good, but pancetta is extremely salty! Remember - less is more. You can always add more to your recipe if you feel you need more taste, but I wouldn't add this much in right away to this recipe. Add a little at a time until you are satisfied with the outcome.

I liked this recipe, especially the touch of cayenne pepper - that definitely made it tasty. I have yet to find a recipe, though, that is really cheesy tasting.
