Reviewed Spicy Homemade Ketchup

"Just right! Not BBQ saucey, just a very complex flavored ketchup. Good consisitency, not much effort, just time on the stove. No straining necessary!

I made a double batch for Xmas gifts--doubling this recipe yields roughly 24 half pint jars, just right for giving!

Canning note: adding a few Tb lemon juice to the ketchup helps ensure a good seal.
