My Activity

Reviewed Country French Omelet

"This is the best omelet I've ever had. I have changed it up a few times, adding bleu cheese or topping it with avacado etc. but it is best just following the recipe as is. The only real change I have made is using 4 eggs and baking time is slightly shorter. Thanks, Ina"

"Wowie!!! This recipe needs more exposure. Amazing how the lemon zest brings an extra wow factor in this most simple and elegant dessert. Thanks Ina!"

Reviewed The Ultimate Cheesecake

"Outrageous! I cooked the cake 55 min. and left the cake in the oven with the door ajar for another 40 min. No cracks but I will cook it 60 min. next time. It was awesome even with the center collapsing slightly. Made it for the first time New Years day and my family loved it. Everyone said it was the best cheesecake they ever ate. So creamy, perfe"

Reviewed Chicken Piccata

"My partner used to love to go out to eat just to order this dish, now she wants me to make it at home almost weekly. Such an easy, quick, elegant dinner. The only change I made is splashing some of the white wine we are having with the meal into the sauce. I also discovered it is awesome to serve over a perfectly cooked farfalle. Thank you Giada!"

Reviewed Backyard Baby Back Ribs

"Best ribs I ever made. I tweaked the recipe a bit using bourbon instead of margarita mix then making a few minor changes to the glaze. I was very skeptical at first smelling all that chili powder during the braising (not a chili powder fan) but in the end I could hardly pick out the chili flavor as I was eating the best ribs ever. Thanks Alton!!!"

Reviewed Warm Bacon Tarragon Potato Salad

"I really enjoyed this salad which worked so well with the cider braised red cabbage. And yes, it improves taste the longer it sits. Looking forward to more recipes from Jeff. ""

Reviewed Cider-Braised Red Cabbage

"Awesome recipe. I doubled the amount of vinegar and it was perfect for my taste. I also made the warm tarragon bacon potato salad (no changes) and the 2 sides went perfect with the barbecue brats we had. Yummmmmm""
