Absolutely my "go to" Greek Salad recipe from now on!
Because of my likes/dislikes, I used 2 cucumbers, only half of a red bell pepper (no yellow), and cut down slightly on the olive oil in the vinaigrette. The grocer didn't have Greek feta, so I used Bulgarian. Yum.

These were *great* -- tasty, incredibly flaky, and easy. However, unless your Bite is as big as Guy's, you might want to cut them into smaller (and more) biscuits. This makes 9 HUGE biscuits.
