Reviewed Champagne Poached Lobster Salad with a Champagne-Caviar Vinaigrette

I thought the dressing was too sweet and masked the taste of the lobster. Since there are only two other reviews, I would be interested if others found it to be too sweet also. Thanks. I am looking for a good seafood salad to serve for dinner parties.
