"I didn't use the sauces but I did religiously follow the base dredge recipe and frying technique. The 2:1 flour and cornstarch combination is PERFECT! Also, my timing had been hit or miss for beautiful golden outside and fully cooked inside. The 13 minutes made for consistent, absolute perfection. For the first time, I made 75 perfectly cooked, crispy wings for my superbowl party that were all eaten within the first 30 minutes! Sunny, you are awesome and you now have about 20 new fans because everyone wanted the recipe and I directed them to you. =- Thanks!"
