In order to get the right sized pork roast, I bought a pre-packaged one. It was actually in pieces and held together with a net. I had to cut the net off to stuff the roast, which made the whole thing look like a big floppy mess. I don't think the cheese added anything but fat and calories,...”

“My entire family went crazy for this chili! So good! I'm not a fan of ground chicken, so I used cut up chicken breast instead. I really enjoyed the larger pieces of chicken in the chili. I'm going to be adding this to my "go to" recipe list!”
