"Very tasty... Once I got started I found I didn't exactly have everything the recipe called for , but I didn't give up. I did with what I had. 1/2 a green bell pepper instead of the 2 yellow peppers, Series 7 instead of balsamic vinegar, pineapple orange juice instead of o.j., greek yogurt for regular yogurt, and i had to do without parsley. and STILL, it was really good. I dont know how this is meant to be eaten but I'm thinking it'll be good on some pita chips or pasta.

"D-licious! If I didn't know better, I could've sworn my Mom made this. My Grandma said she wanted to get a few other things but couldn't put her bowl down. We LOVED it. I will definatley make this again (very soon!).
For work, I'm a hairdresser. For fun my hubby n I try a new restaurant at least 1x a wk n take pictures of our food, then I post them on facebook. I can't say I'm passionate about anything. I try new things all the time. I never stick to anything for too long. My pet-peeves are inconsiderate people and those who all to often say things can't be done. Im inspired to cook when something I eat tastes good n I wanna learn how to make it, or things I see on t.v. n I think, "I can do that".
I will try anything and everything. Even if I don't like it, I'll still eat it. My friends tease me because I've eat'n snake, dog, n who knows what else. I don't care, I have an adventuresome tummy. People usually talk about my zucchini lasagna and salads.I think their ok, but I don't want to eat that every get together. I have too many. I can't name just one. I can tell u my favorite cook is my mom.
