Reviewed Salmon with Lentils

Fabulous! Even my picky husband liked it. I raided the pantry, had almost all of the ingredients. Used a large red onion, red pepper flakes, dried thyme and boxed stock. Added balsamic vinegar 20 minutes before end of cooking time. Even with all these unavoidable adjustments the lentils were firm and very flavorful, a winner! Thanks Ina.""
