I only had half the require amount of unsalted butter so i used reg butter with salt for the other half and omited the pinch of kosher salt.. worked perfectly.

"After reading the reviewsi too went with 425 for about 15 mins. The only thing i changedwith the recipe was the salt. I halved it and it was almost yoo salty then but nothing that ruined the taste.
These turned out great.
I didnt have a skillet that coukd go in the oven so i used a glass cake pan instead. "
