Great crust recipe! Just be sure to use the lard! Shortening doesn't offer the same flavor or texture. Also, watch your climate that day and in VERY small amounts add your water. I barely added any and I got the proper texture. I have used this recipe several times, and it is now my go-to crust recipe. =D"
