DELICIOUS!! Ok, so here's the scoop...I doubled everything, EXCEPT the Hoisin (not a big fan), added an egg white, cilantro and garlic. I too, have made this several times...it's sooo yummy!! I use one full pound of pasta (you can also use soba noodles, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil & 1/4 cup canola, two tblps of sesame oil (not 3! its too much, and a squeeze of lime or lemon juice...make the dressing day before if you can, so flavors can get a chance to get to know one another :-

SOOO Delicious!!! One of my all time favorite cicken recipes! Huge hit with the family and sooo easy! I brined my chicken beforehand and baked in oven. Love, love, love it!
