"Tried it out on a family member. Normally she doesn't put sugar on her grapefruit. She liked it anyway. I had to use a torch./lighter as I didn't have a brulee or kitchen torch. I also used raw sugar. Turned out very well. Next time I'll use a real torch. LOL"

I'm a former Network Admin injured. Love Cooking, Hunting, Animals, Sometime gamer. My injury does not let me eat but I get to eat vicariously through family and friends who eat. LOL. I make my own sausage, sauces, Chili. I'm an exception to the rule "never trust a skinny cook". LOL
Favorite Foods
when I could. Comfort food, burgers, pasta, sausage, chili. My ancestry is French but I think Italian food is better. The French are way to proud of themselves. The Italians and Spanish are much better.
